Our commitment to the environment...
Strattens are affiliated with Reforest Now, a non-profit environmental NGO whose mission is to return rainforest back to the land where it once stood and to protect existing rainforests of Australia and the rich ecosystems within by growing and planting trees. For every project completed by the Strattens team, we donate a portion of our revenue and a tree is planted on our behalf by this organisation. This is one of the ways we help nurture and protect the environment which we all share.

What are your hours of operation?
Strattens is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept cash or bank transfer.
How many years of experience do you have?
Strattens has been in the industry for 25 years.
What kind of qualifications do you have?
Licensed in Carpentry, Painting, and Decorating. Full public liabilty insurance.
How will I know how much the job will cost?
We offer free quotes. If you send us photos or videos, we may be able to quote without coming to the job address.
Can Strattens carry out smaller jobs or only large projects?
We can help you with the smaller jobs that you have been putting off for ages, we understand that the little things make a big difference.
How soon can Strattens attend to quote for me?
If the job is urgent, we can sometimes arrive the same day. If not, then normally within 48 hours of contact.
How do I know I am getting a fair price, as I have no experience in this type of work?
