Scope of Work:
Discussion, advice, and agreement on:
- The type of paint, stain, or varnish best suited for the individual job/s
- The brands and quality to be used
- The finish you are requiring, including colour and sheen
Preparation
Careful and thorough preparation is the hallmark of a great painting job, not only of the surfaces to be painted but also of the rooms and areas involved.
We start by covering all your furniture and floorings, using either canvas drop sheets or plastic sheeting, depending on the requirements of the job.
Then, we start thoroughly cleaning and sanding the surfaces and filling any cracks or holes ready for the undercoat or first topcoat.
Completion
After applying the final coat to finish the job, we ask our clients to inspect and sign off on our work.
Only then do we pack up, carefully tidy up the spaces, and leave them looking like new.
